Why I would bring it to a Desert Island: Because it's fairly long and  and you wouldn't get bored reading it.

Name of Book: "A Series of Unfortunate Events", book one, "The Bad Beginning"

Author: Lemony Snicket

Summary of Book: The book starts when Sunny, Klaus and Violet's Parents die, form a fire. The three children inherit there parent's esate. Shortly after the children are adopted by Count Olaf. Count Olaf is only adopting the children so that he can inherit there fortune and is also trying to kill them. When Count Olaf learns that he can't get the fortune by killing them, he trys to marry Violet but because Violet is only 14 he can marry her if her legal guardian agrees which is him. And he is going her to marry in a play called the "Marvelous Marriage". To make sure the Violet goes throw with the wedding he kidnaps Sunny, the baby, and puts her in a tower. While the play is on, Klaus saves Sunny and stops the wedding by burning a hole in the mariage document using the mignafing that also set fire to there house.

My thoughts: The book is really good and one of my favorite books.

Summary: The book starts with two tiger who were seperated when they were young.One of the tigers, Boots goes to a girl called Aurelia. Aurelia had got the tiger as an present. Boots tiger keeper falls in love with Aurelia. Boots went missing and Julius was blamed. When Aurelia father finds out that Julius is in love with Aurelia, Julius was to be killed by Boots and Brute, Boot's brother. Because Julius is a tiger trainer he saves himself from the tigers.

I named this miles away because the two tigers are seperated.

Summary:Jane and her best friend Vicky were walking home from school and suddely Vicky got hit by a car. When Jane can still see Vicky, people being to think she is crazy, and in my opinion she was. She can't work in school and she can't make any new friends with Vicky by her side. One teacher, Mrs.Cambridge calls in someone to gave Jane counselling. Jane starts to get help from Mrs.Wainwrigth and she starts getting back to normal and Vickl slowly goes to heaven.

My thoughs: The book was dragged on for way too long, but it did have a good plot.
